Invite the Sacred

Day one of #BloomTrueBootCamp

Today for the Bloom True Boot Camp I cleaned and tidied my sacred space/altar. I cleaned my crystals and picked new ones for the month. While I cleaned I listen to music that someone had created specifically for space cleaning. I used lemon essential oil in my burner, lemons are uplifting, refreshing and they aid concentration. I picked a new card from my ‘Ask and it will Happen’ pack it says ‘ Pay attention to how you feel’. I thought that was quite fitting as Flora talks a lot about intuition and positive affirmations.

I have also brought out my gratitude journal, this is to remind me to write in it daily. I am going to keep it on my altar to remind me to record my gratitude.

I have been meaning to write out some affirmations so I can see them daily for a while now. I finally picked out three and I have written these on to my calendar. This hangs directly opposite me at my desk.

  • Creativity is coming to me easily and effortlessly
  • I am healthy and balanced
  • The more I receive, the more I have to give

Breathing is something thing that I have noticed recently that at times I breathe rather shallow. It is something that I will work on, as it has not been an issue for me in the past. Deep breathes are good.

Smile! I smile at people and I am glad that people here on the IOW smile back. People in London don’t.

Make ART! My sketchbooks are full of art but I find it hard to finish pieces of art. This is something I need to work on as I have 16 unfinished pieces of work!
